Worker-owner, Bountiful Backyards
Sarah Vroom is originally from the beautiful state of Idaho. She found her way to Durham after spending lots of time driving around the Oakland Hills watching sunsets over big cities with Durham native and all-around-good-guy Catherine Edgerton. She designs and installs edible landscapes with Durham based Bountiful Backyards, a worker owned cooperative. She also gardens at Angier Avenue Neighborhood Farm in East Durham, puts on a country night at the Pinhook and DJs around town as DJ Dude Femme.
