Storytellers

Sarah is a pediatric nurse, who works with ventilator-dependent children and their families. She began her career as early as eight years old, as a child patient herself, in and out of hospital for several years. She loves books and storytelling, writing, Disney, and her Sheltie, Flossy. She hated Sunday School and argued with the church as a teenager but now she finds strength in a reconciling Christian community, and loves all religions when they are nonviolent and peace-seeking. She has a background in pediatric oncology. She is the president of a socially conscious congregation in downtown Seattle, fighting for justice and civil rights for all people. She prefers bridges to walls.
