Storytellers

Ryan Ashton was raised in Scituate, a small town in the South Shore of Massachusetts, then attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where he majored in Directing for Film. He then moved to Los Angeles where he worked as a screenwriter, writing for such television networks as Current TV, Speed TV, G4 TV, and NBC as well as Warner Brothers Studios. He has performed in The Mortified Sessions both in L.A. and San Francisco. Ryan was cast as the lead in the feature film, Dead Monkey which was shot in Asheville, North Carolina and is currently on the festival circuit. He now resides in Raleigh where he continues work as an actor and a screenwriter.
