Storytellers

Norm is an actuary living in conflict. After dedicating himself to a world of exams, and data, and rigor, he took a class in the native art of Chicago, Improv. This one class opened a new world of spontaneity, and joy, and emotion. Since then, he has been trying to find space for data in Improv and storytelling and space for performance in predictive models and actuarial reserves.

After living in eight of the country's biggest cities, Norm made a home in Raleigh. This is where he has found the inspiration and support from his family, friends, and community to hatch a number of good hare-brained schemes.
