Nicole Allard
Researcher at NC State and artist
An avid home chef, collector of adventures, and creator of treasures, Nicole Allard rarely has free time. She grew up mostly in Utah, spent a formidable year as a high school exchange student in Finland, and meandered around the US before landing in Raleigh, North Carolina five years ago. For a living, she does toxicological research and keeps her lab from falling apart.
