Melissa Kaye is a writer/editor with Duke University Communications and Marketing, where she gets to indulge her obsessions with both well-told stories and clever, punchy headlines. After growing up in Los Angeles, she made her way to Chapel Hill by way of several stops on both coasts, working in television, journalism, and education. She’s been in awe of storytellers on stage at the Monti ever since first attending a curated show several years ago. Melissa lives with her daughters and loves thrifting, pickleball, and cats.
