For over ten years, Lindsey Alexander has helped people tell great stories, first as an editor at HarperCollins, then as a writer at the New School’s MFA program, and these days as the head of her own company. She’s collaborated with all kinds of people, from sexpert Dr. Ruth to National Book Award-winning novelists to the country’s first female Secret Service agent. Her work has made her partial to the Oxford comma and, let’s be honest, a little afraid of her Google search history. When she’s not writing or editing, she teaches yoga at Carrboro Yoga Company. Lindsey lives on the outskirts of Chapel Hill, where she helps her Queens-born husband Sal corral their flock of chickens and chase snakes out of the coop.
