Storytellers

Jay Heinz currently works as the Digital Production and Exhibitions Manager for the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center at UNC-Chapel Hill producing and directing award-winning digital fulldome planetarium shows and managing a design team. Previously he worked on multimedia documentary projects around the world, taught documentary and multimedia courses at the UNC Journalism School, produced documentary videos for the Washington Post, made websites for Lucasfilm and created multimedia exhibits at the Computer Museum and the Museum of Science in Boston and is sick and tired of moving. He’s been in North Carolina for eight years now and plans to stick around. He and his girlfriend, Erin, live in Durham.
