Storytellers

Hope Wilder grew up in Columbia, SC and has found a forever home in Durham. After fourteen years in environmental education, she started Pathfinder Community School, an alternative democratic free school that closed due to COVID-19. She is the author of “Let’s Decide Together,” a workbook for shared decision-making with children. Her current work is primarily in nonprofits. Hope lives with her fiancé and two cats in Duke Park. She enjoys singing, playing the cello, and daily hikes on the Eno.
