Chad Oakley was born at Cone Hospital and was raised in Greensboro about three miles from downtown. He’s lived in Vail, Colorado, Philadelphia, PA, New York City and Boston, MA, and has been back in Greensboro since 2003, where he currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Charles Aris, Inc., an executive search firm that serves national and international companies. Professionally Chad has spent his entire career in professional services (i.e. he’s never made anything!!), having worked for international consulting firms Bain & Company and Deloitte Consulting prior to joining Charles Aris. Chad married a really smart Yankee named Mindy while they were obtaining their MBA’s at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Together they have three kids, the oldest of which is six, which means it’s a miracle that either Chad or Mindy is truly awake at any given time. When not working or raising kids Chad will occasionally think about golf or the Boston Red Sox.
