Angelica Meinhofer
Health Economist
Angelica Meinhofer is a Research Economist at RTI International, where she studies the impact of health and drug policies on America’s opioid overdose epidemic. Prior to her current position, she completed a Ph.D. in economics at Brown University in 2016 and a B.B.A. in economics at the University of Puerto Rico in 2009. In her career as a health economist, Angelica conducts research that is published in peer reviewed journals and presented in academic and policy conferences.
